Prospective students apply on your public enrollment page. Administrators review applications in the Enrollments tab, approve or reject, and approved learners complete account setup for the student portal.
- Generate a school code: Public Settings → General → Generate code (required for public URLs).
- Public Settings → Enrollment: enable enrollment, choose required fields (level, course, documents, phone, etc.), and level vs course intake modes.
- Share your link: https://fundoportal.org/{school-code}/enroll or your custom domain /enroll when activated.
- Applicants submit the form; they can check status at /{school-code}/status.
- Admin sidebar → Enrollments: open pending applications, review details and documents.
- Approve — assign student ID/reg number and create or link the student account; rejection sends a declined status.
- Approved families follow email/on-screen steps to set password and sign in at /{school-code}/login or student portal.
- Add approved students to the correct level and class under Students if not set during approval.
- Public Settings → Enrollment — Enable form and fields.
- Enrollments — Approve or reject applications.
- Students — Directory after approval.
Tips
- Turn on SEO in Public Settings so Google can index about and enroll pages.
- See /help/organizations before high-volume intake so levels and classes exist.
