The Library tab tracks physical books, copies on loan, and returns. Students and parents see their own loans in their portals.
- Library → Catalog: add books with categories and copy counts; filter by availability.
- Issue books: pick student (see fee balance owed and books already out), pick title, set quantity and due date.
- Active loans: search by student or book; open student detail for partial returns.
- Permissions: role groups → library.view, library.books.*, library.loans, or library.manage.
