Parents sign in at the parent portal (/parent or school-branded login). They only see students linked to their account — never the whole school directory.
- School creates parent accounts or links guardians from a student profile (Students → open student → guardians/parent links).
- Parent receives login email/password or reset link.
- Parent signs in and selects a linked child if they have more than one.
- Finance — view balance, fee breakdown, and pay online when payment integrations are active (same gateways as students).
- Grades & reports — view term performance for linked children (as enabled by your school).
- Attendance — view attendance history where recorded.
- Library — see books currently on loan for linked students.
- Announcements — school notices targeted to parents.
Tips
- Keep parent phone numbers accurate for WhatsApp fee reminders and notices.
- Parents cannot approve enrollments or change organization — those are admin tasks.
